We’re gearing up for our biggest bloom yet—with a goal of harvesting over 100,000 stems this season. To make it happen, we’re building a dedicated team of hard-working individuals who are excited to be part of something beautiful.
🌿 About the Role
Pay: Guaranteed $15/hr base, with the ability to earn up to $25/hr or more based on performance
No experience needed – we provide:

💐 What You’ll Do

Carefully harvest peonies at the correct stage of bloom

Move quickly and efficiently to maintain freshness and quality

Handle stems gently and transfer to refrigerated storage promptly

Follow simple but important instructions — this job requires focus, consistency, and attention to detail

While the work isn't physically intense, there is a right and wrong way to pick. Damage to stems or harvesting at the wrong stage affects quality. But don't worry — we'll show you exactly how to do it the right way!
