While we do not offer refunds for unused visits, we do provide several flexible options: ✅ Reschedule your visit to another available date 🎁 Transfer your reservation to a friend or family member 📆 Apply your visit to a future season 💐 Redeem your reservation for cut stems at a value of $4.50 per stem We've made the rescheduling process fast and easy. You can reschedule your visit yourself online without needing to contact us. Just follow the instructions in your confirmation email to get started. If you're bringing additional vehicles or would like to purchase extra stems, please be sure to add those to your order at checkout. ☀️ Weather Policy We love our flowers rain or shine—and the farm remains open regardless of weather conditions. If you’re uncomfortable visiting during inclement weather, please reschedule your visit in advance. Over the past 5 years, we’ve experienced everything from blue skies to thunderstorms. Some of the most stunning photos have been captured during or just after a passing storm. With the bloom lasting up to two weeks, you should have plenty of opportunities to choose a beautiful day. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we ask that you arrive on time. If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late, please reschedule your visit in advance. Our parking is limited, and late arrivals can cause congestion, especially during peak hours. 🎟️ Ticket Transfer Policy Need to transfer your visit to someone else? No problem! Simply forward your booking confirmation to the person you’d like to give your ticket to. On arrival, they just need to show the reservation email—no formal transfer process required. Please note: Each ticket is valid for a single entry only. Attempting to visit multiple times on the same reservation will not be permitted—we check our list carefully.
