How to reschedule your visit:
This year, we’ve made it easy for guests to reschedule their visits on their own — no need to contact us! Just follow the steps below on desktop or mobile to update your reservation.
💻 From Desktop:
Step 1: Go to our website → stjohnpeonies.com
Step 2: Click the “Log In” button located to the left of the Home button in the top menu
Step 3: If you haven’t created an account before, click “Sign Up”

Important: Use the same email address you used when making your reservation

Create a password and click Sign Up
Step 4: After signing up, you’ll be redirected to the home page

Click the “Log In” button again

This time, click “My Bookings”
Step 5: Under the “Upcoming” tab, find your reservation

Click “Manage” → then click “Reschedule”
Step 6: Select your new preferred date and time
Step 7: Click “Reschedule” to confirm
Step 8: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your updated reservation details
You can repeat this process anytime to make additional changes.
📱 For Mobile:
Step 1: Go to stjohnpeonies.com
Step 2: Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner
Step 3: Tap “Log In”
Step 4: You’ll land on the Sign Up screen

Enter the same email you used when making your reservation

Choose a password and tap “Sign Up”
Step 5: Once signed in, tap the menu icon again
Step 6: Tap the account icon, then select “My Bookings” from the dropdown
Step 7: Under the “Upcoming” tab, find your reservation and tap “Manage”
Step 8: Tap “Reschedule”, choose your new date and time, then tap “Reschedule” again to confirm
Step 9: You’ll receive an email confirmation with your updated reservation details
You can repeat this process anytime to make additional changes to your reservation.
